AB for General Cargo at Mirsh Ship Management Pvt Ltd

We are seeking a dedicated AB (Able Seaman) to perform deck Operations and maintenance on the General Cargo. The AB will be responsible for assisting in cargo Operations, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safety of the deck crew. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform deck Operations and maintenance.
2. Assist in cargo Operations and loading/unloading.
3. Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.
4. Ensure the safety of the deck crew.
5. Support the Bosun in daily Operations.

Required Qualifications:

• AB certification from a recognized maritime authority.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• STCW certification and other relevant training.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills.
• Experience in General Cargo Operations.
