
Chief Cook for Bulk Carrier at Executive Ship Management
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Cook to manage the vessel's galley Operations on the Bulk Carrier. The Chief Cook will be responsible for preparing meals, managing the galley, and ensuring the health and safety of the crew. This role requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the vessel's galley Operations.
2. Prepare meals for the crew.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Manage the galley staff.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the galley.
Required Qualifications:
- Chief Cook certification from a recognized maritime authority.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- STCW certification and other relevant training.
- Strong culinary and communication skills.
- Experience in Bulk Carrier Operations.
