Chief Engineer for OIl-Chemical Tanker at Lilly Maritime Pvt Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to lead the engineering team on our OIl-Chemical Tanker. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of the vessel's mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maritime regulations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the maintenance and operation of the vessel's mechanical systems. 2. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maritime regulations. 3. Manage the engineering team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. 4. Coordinate with the Master for operational planning and reporting. 5. Maintain the vessel's operational efficiency and minimize downtime. Required Qualifications: - Chief Engineer certification from a recognized maritime authority. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. - STCW certification and other relevant training. - Strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills. - Proven track record in OIl-Chemical Tanker engineering.
