Chief Officer for Bitumen Tanker at SEA Scout Marine Services Pvt Ltd

We are looking for a skilled Chief Officer to assist in the management of our Bitumen Tanker Operations. The Chief Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily deck activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and supporting the Master in decision-making. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage daily deck Operations, including cargo handling and maintenance.
2. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maritime regulations.
3. Assist the Master in navigation, decision-making, and operational planning.
4. Lead and manage the deck department crew, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient execution.
5. Coordinate maintenance and repair work on the vessel's deck and cargo equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Chief Officer certification from a recognized maritime authority.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• STCW certification and other relevant training.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in Bitumen Tanker Operations.
