Engine Fitter for Bulk Carrier at SEA Trading & Logistics Pvt Ltd

We are seeking a skilled Engine Fitter to perform maintenance and repair tasks on the vessel's mechanical systems. The Engine Fitter will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of the engine room, performing routine maintenance, and assisting in repairs. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical systems.
2. Ensure the operational efficiency of the engine room.
3. Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the vessel's mechanical systems.
4. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maritime regulations.
5. Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Engine Fitter certification from a recognized maritime authority.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• STCW certification and other relevant training.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Experience in Bulk Carrier engineering.
