Junior Officer for Container Ship at Goodwood Ship Management Pte Ltd

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Officer to support deck Operations and perform navigational duties on our Container Ship . The Junior Officer will work under the guidance of senior officers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and assisting in daily Operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in navigational duties and maintain charts and publications.
2. Support deck Operations and cargo handling.
3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maritime regulations.
4. Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.
5. Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of navigational equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Junior Officer certification from a recognized maritime authority.
• Basic maritime training.
• STCW certification.
• Strong navigational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
