Master for OIl-Chemical Tanker at Milaha - Qatar Navigation Q.P.S.C.

We are seeking an experienced Master (Captain) to lead our OIl-Chemical Tanker fleet Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation, efficient management, and overall performance of the vessel. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making skills, and a deep understanding of maritime regulations and OIl-Chemical Tanker Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee navigation and safe operation of the OIl-Chemical Tanker.
2. Ensure compliance with international maritime laws and company policies.
3. Manage the crew, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
4. Coordinate with onshore management for operational planning and reporting.
5. Maintain the vessel's safety, security, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Master certification from a recognized maritime authority.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• STCW certification and other relevant training.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in OIl-Chemical Tanker Operations.
