Master for Passenger Ship at Quadrant Maritime Services Pvt Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Master (Captain) to lead our Passenger Ship fleet Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation, efficient management, and overall performance of the vessel. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making skills, and a deep understanding of maritime regulations and Passenger Ship Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee navigation and safe operation of the Passenger Ship .
2. Ensure compliance with international maritime laws and company policies.
3. Manage the crew, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
4. Coordinate with onshore management for operational planning and reporting.
5. Maintain the vessel's safety, security, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Master certification from a recognized maritime authority.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• STCW certification and other relevant training.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in Passenger Ship Operations.
