This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Chief Cook in managing galley Operations. 2. Prepare meals for the crew. 3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 4. Manage the galley staff. 5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the galley. Required Qualifications: - Steward certificate. - Basic maritime training. - STCW certification. - Strong work ethic and communication skills. - Experience in Passenger Ship Operations.
