Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Trainee ETO to join our team and assist the Electro Technical Officer (ETO) in managing the vessel's electrical and electronic systems. The Trainee ETO will be responsible for performing routine tasks, assisting in maintenance and repairs, and supporting the ETO in daily Operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the ETO in managing electrical and electronic systems.
- Perform routine tasks and inspections.
- Assist in maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maritime regulations.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Trainee Electro Technical Officer certificate.
- Basic maritime training.
- STCW certification.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
