Welcome to jobs.jobonship.org (the "Site"), operated by JobOnShip.org ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and our services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, posting a job, applying for a job, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, which may be updated by us from time to time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts

4. Job Postings and Applications

  • For Employers: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all job postings. You agree that job postings will not contain any discriminatory language, false information, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • For Job Seekers: You are responsible for the accuracy of your application materials (resumes, cover letters, etc.). We do not guarantee job placement or the suitability of any job listing.
  • No Guarantee: JobOnShip.org acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and for job seekers to find and apply for jobs. We do not screen job postings or applicants, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job posting or applicant information.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Post or transmit any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site or the servers and networks connected to the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site.
  • Use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JobOnShip.org or its content suppliers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
